The University of Texas at Arlington would like to give you a FREE guide to wills and trusts entitled "Planning Your Legacy". It is a workbook designed to guide you in addressing the important questions about family and assets as you work to build your first estate plan or bring your current estate plan up to date.
"Planning Your Legacy" is A Guide to Providing For Your Family and Supporting the Causes You Care About. It will prepare you for meeting with your attorney and other professional advisors. It will guide you in providing for your loved ones in the right way and at the right time.
Please enter your name and email address to request your FREE guide to wills and trusts digitally or through mail. You may include a question in the comments section. When you have printed "Planning Your Legacy", a 28-page document, you are ready to record your family information and your estate distribution plans to provide for and protect your family.
Even though there is no obligation to do so, it is always helpful for both parties involved to inform any charitable organizations included in the estate plan. Please contact Kurt Bartley, Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP®), Senior Director for Gift and Estate Planning, for further information or planning assistance, firstname.lastname@example.org or (817) 272-9387. Communication prior to a gift being received will result in good records for a gift to make the most impact possible.
